Terri Fitzpatrick, RDH
Terri became a member of our team in 2006. She graduated with high honors from the SRJC hygiene program in 2004. Terri strives to give her patients the best care while bonding with them at the same time.
Outside our office Terri enjoys traveling to amazing places with her husband Jon, and visiting with her two grown children as much as possible.
Amy Martin, RDH
Amy became part of our dental team in 2008. In 2004 she graduated with high honors from the SRJC dental hygiene program. Amy’s favorite part about being a hygienist besides giving her patients the best of care is the connections she has with them.
Outside the office Amy enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening and keeping up with her two sons.
Stephanie Divine,Office Manager
Stephanie became part of our team in October of 2014. She has been in the dental field since 1997 and obtained her RDA license in 2009.Stephanie found her true calling as front desk treatment coordinator; becoming Dr. Forni’s Office Manager. Stephanie strives to make sure each patient understands their dental needs and financial options.
Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has recently picked up gardening as a hobby. In June of 2018 Stephanie was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer and beat the battle in May of 2019. The support she received from Dr.Forni & team along with all our patients has been what’s kept her spirts high during her battle. “It’s just a bump in the road” is what you’d hear her say through-out this battle.
Lynette Baker, Appoitment Coordinator
Lynette became part of our team in 2017. Lynette started her career in dentistry in 1996 and then took a break in 2008 to raise her second child. While she is enjoying all aspects of being appointment coordinator; Lynette is thrilled to be back in the dental field.
In her spare time she keeps busy with her eleven year old daughter, Hailey and guiding her son, Brouedi to take on the world in full force!
Nicole Short, RDA
Nicole joined our team in 2017. She has been an active RDA since 2011 and then took some time off to start a family. Nicole became an RDA because she enjoys working in a team setting and making patients feel comfortable as soon as they walk in the door.
Outside the office Nicole enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband and two young children.
